• Tariffs/Charges for the plans chosen must be paid in advance and are non-refundable as this is a prepaid service.
• No installation charges are applicable on SV BROAD BAND.
• GST @18% is not included in the tariff/charges and is payable over and above the plan charges.
• The Tariff Plans/Offers are subject to Guidelines/Directions/Orders issued by TRAI and/or DoT.
• The Company reserves the right to modify/withdraw these Terms & Conditions, including tariff plans, at any time and display the updates on its website without prior notice to customers. Such postings will be deemed as read and accepted.
• Any one-time charges paid to SV BROAD BAND regional partners at the time of installation are non-refundable.
• A refund may be issued only for the first payment if there is no feasibility to build a new connection at the requested address.
• Interest-free security deposits will only be refunded online (not in cash) after the return of assets in the same condition as at the time of receipt. The refund will be processed within 60 working days after acceptance of the Optical Network Unit (ONU) by SV BROAD BAND.
• The ONU must be returned to a designated representative of SV BROAD BAND, which could be a local cable operator, retail partner, or a logistics company appointed by SV BROAD BAND.
• Any faults in the ONU will be replaced within 5 working days to 48 hours from the time a complaint is raised with SV BROAD BAND.
• Refunds will only be processed to the bank account provided at the time of registration or the wallet linked to the registered phone number. No other bank account will be accepted for refunds. Cash and cheques are not allowed.
• ONU devices provided by SV BROAD BAND, whether under a security deposit or a bundled plan, will remain the property of SV BROAD BAND at all times. The company reserves the right to reclaim the device in case of connection termination, surrender, or inactivity.
• The speed committed under a plan applies to the LAN port. Wi-Fi speed depends on the customer’s premises, in-house coverage, and device performance.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional campaign, including offered gratifications, and update the website without notice to customers.
• The selection of winners under any promotional campaign held by SV BROAD BAND is solely at the company's discretion.
• All product and company names are trademarks ™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders.
• By submitting your information or contacting us through any medium (phone calls, social media, website, etc.), you agree to receive promotional messages or materials and be contacted by SV BROAD BAND or its authorized sub-vendors.
• All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.
• Not all offered prices are available upon renewal. Prices may also vary depending on location.
• All mentioned prices are on a monthly basis.
• Prices do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
• Promo plans or introductory offers are for a limited period and may be withdrawn without notice. These plans are not available on renewal and are one-time onboarding offers.
• The OTT Bundle is available only on 400Mbps multi-month plans. SV BROAD BAND reserves the right to revise or change this without prior notice.
• No additional security deposits for ONU will be charged in all cities/states/DOT Circles except Mumbai for specific Fiber (FTTH) plans offered by SV BROAD BAND. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel this at any time.
• Certain plans may involve additional GST charges for customers facing collateral requirements.
• If a subscriber is found misusing or fraudulently using the broadband service for unauthorized telemarketing or commercial purposes, SV BROAD BAND reserves the right to terminate the connection without any prior notice.
• These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between SV BROAD BAND and the customer. By subscribing to any plan, the customer accepts these terms as binding.
